MindKraft is a freelance IT consultancy providing software development, test automation, and related IT services. MindKraft operates as a sole trader under Belgian law.

Intellectual property rights for deliverables produced under a specific client engagement are governed by the terms of the applicable contract with that client.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Belgian and EU law:

• MindKraft makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of content on this website
• MindKraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content
• MindKraft's total liability in connection with services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by mandatory law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian or EU law.
